The budgies here at LITTLE GRACE FEATHERS are our beloved pets and we pride ourselves on being responsible, loving and ethical breeders.

Our goal is to give you a beautiful, healthy, well-adjusted, well-socialised, feathered companion that truly becomes part of your family.

We will not send any budgie home until they are fully weaned and eating on their own.

Our budgies are sent to their homes with a gift pack and budgie guide to get you off to the best start.

Our budgie adoptive families receive lifetime support from Little Grace Feathers — we are always here and willing to help with answers to any questions, advice for training your budgie, navigating behaviour, diet, and general support. 

Our goal is to give you a budgie that becomes a lifelong companion but if for any reason you cannot care for your budgie any longer, we will always take them back.

LITTLE GRACE FEATHERS does not offer a refund for your budgie once it has left our care, HOWEVER, we do understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, and if your budgie shows signs of illness within 48 hours from collection please contact us immediately.
After assessing the situation we may:
* offer you an exchange for another budgie, if available
* offer you a partial refund

Due to the sensitive nature of live birds, we are not responsible for any illnesses, injuries or accidents that take place after the 48 hours period and will not offer an exchange or refund.
